Contiene informazioni in materia di sicurezza antincendio: fornisce prova dei presidi antincendio presenti sul luogo di lavoro e della loro corretta manutenzione.<\/p>\n<p>Risulta essere\u00a0<strong>obbligatorio<\/strong>\u00a0per tutte le attivit\u00e0 produttive e pu\u00f2 essere richiesto dagli organi di vigilanza (Vigili del fuoco o tecnici dell\u2019ASL).<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019obbligo per tutte le attivit\u00e0 \u00e8 stato introdotto dal\u00a0<strong>dm 1 settembre 2021<\/strong>\u00a0in vigore dal\u00a0<strong>25 settembre 2022<\/strong>\u00a0e riguarda tutte le attivit\u00e0 con\u00a0<strong>almeno un lavoratore\u00a0<\/strong>(in aggiunta a tutte quelle per cui era gi\u00e0 previsto l\u2019obbligo secondo il dpr 151\/2011). <em><strong>In definitiva, hanno l\u2019obbligo di predisporre il registro antincendio anche<span class=\"fxk3tzhb b2rh1bv3 gh55jysx m8h3af8h ewco64xe kjdc1dyq ms56khn7 bq6c9xl4 eohcrkr5 akh3l2rg\">\u00a0 le realt\u00e0 pi\u00f9 piccole.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il registro antincendio \u00e8 un documento utile anche al manutentore, in quanto gli addetti al controllo e alla manutenzione possono cambiare: in questo modo si ha sempre a disposizione un documento aggiornato nel quale vengono annotati tutte le verifiche e\/o le ispezioni.<\/p>\n<p>Prima di analizzare nello specifico le indicazioni del dm 1 settembre 2021, ti consiglio di utilizzare un\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.acca.it\/software-registro-antincendio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">software per registro antincendio<\/a>\u00a0che ti guida passo dopo passo alla compilazione del\u00a0<strong>registro antincendio obbligatorio<\/strong>\u00a0fatto su misura per la tua attivit\u00e0.
